Why not celebrate your office Christmas party in style with a night of festive fun and yuletide merriment, which will begin the party season with a bang.     At the company Christmas party this year why not contribute to a worth while charity at the same time, with a raffle in aid of the “Great North Air Ambulance”. Dig deep as the raffle bucket is passed around the tables for a family summer break each night. Our resident DJ will entertain you this evening with sounds from all eras.

    The 'stars' will take to the stage to recreate those much loved classics, from the likes of Take That, Robbie Williams and Abba, After your chosen tribute act has finished their excellent set enjoy a dance of your own as our resident DJ plays a mix of all those great party classics.

    3rd "One Way" are a truly sensational band and these boys cover 7 decades of hits, switching from one era to another. A tribute act taking on the songs from the 30's! before a spectacular list of bands from the 50’s such as Buddy Holly, Chubby Checker & The Everley's to The Arctic Monkeys and The Kaiser Chiefs from 00's and so many more!

£2.50 Drinks Vouchers

Add to the party spirit by treating your friends and colleagues to some discounted drinks vouchers. Vouchers can be exchanged on the night (Gallery Bar only 7pm – 12.30am) for their choice of house wine, all draught beers and house spirits plus mixer.

Booking Incentive

1 free place in every 20 for bookings made and deposited by 31st March 2011.

Transportation

On request, at a £6.00 supplement per person, we will organise coach transportation to and from the hotel within a 24-mile radius, provided bookings are for 10 or more, and all guests are to be transported to and from one pre-arranged central pick-up / drop-off point.

Accommodation

The following rates are per person and based on two adults sharing a twin/double room, fully inclusive of bed and breakfast:-

  • Thursdays £39.50
  • Fridays £49.50
  • Saturdays £59.50
  • Single Supplement £25.00

Terms and Conditions

Upon making a provisional booking, a confirmation letter together with a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, as follows:-

  • Party Night - £10.00 per person deposit
  • Accommodation - £50.00 per room
  • The hotel will in turn acknowledge and confirm your booking
  • Full and final payment for your party must be paid 6 weeks prior to the function; otherwise places will be offered for re-sale, without refund.
  • Amendments to bookings can only be made prior to payment of the final balance; thereafter no refunds will be made.
    • Cancellations made over 12 weeks before function – deposits will be lost.
    • Cancellations made less than 12 weeks before function will incur a charge of the total booking value as follows:-
      • 6 - 12 weeks - 50%
      • 3 - 6 weeks - 75%
      • Less than 3 weeks - 100%
  • Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel any date. In these circumstances either an alternative date will be offered or you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments, but the hotel will have no further liability. Advertised artists are booked at the time of event promotion, circumstances out of our control may result in programme change without prior notice being given to guests.
