Following the success of our 2010 Christmas Party season, we have extended our 2011 programme to offer extra dates, some great prices for midweek party nights, and fantastic savings on our boutique-style rooms for the night – just make sure you book early to avoid disappointment, and celebrate Christmas 2011 in style in the chic surroundings of the iconic Midland Hotel!

Accommodation Rates
The following special rates are based on 2 adults sharing a classic double or twin room, inclusive of bed and breakfast. The number of these rooms is strictly limited and subject to availability. These special rates are only applicable to the date of the Christmas Party attended.
- Midweek (Sunday – Thursday) - £37.00 per person
- Friday - £42.50 per person
- Saturday - £47.50 per person
Please note: that a supplement of £25.00 will apply to any rooms sold as single occupancy and sea-view rooms carry a supplement of £25.00 per room per night.
Rotunda Bar Festive Extravaganza!
Available for bookings in a private Booth in the Rotunda Bar £20 per person. Available for Lunch & Dinner bookings, Monday – Thursdays from Thursday 1st to Thursday 22nd December 2011. Package based on minimum of 5 people, with a maximum of 8 people per booth.

Following the continued success of our Murder Mystery, Cabaret and dinner dance events, why not personalise your Christmas party and let our Events team create a unique and memorable event for you and your guests (prices available upon request and entertainment only available to guests booking exclusive use of the Eric Gill Suite).
Terms and Conditions
Upon making a provisional booking, a confirmation letter together with a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, as follows:-
- Party Night - £10.00 per person deposit
- Accommodation - £50.00 per room
- The hotel will in turn acknowledge and confirm your booking
- Full and final payment for your party must be paid 6 weeks prior to the function; otherwise places will be offered for re-sale, without refund.
- Amendments to bookings can only be made prior to payment of the final balance; thereafter no refunds will be made.

- Cancellations made over 12 weeks before function – deposits will be lost.
- Cancellations made less than 12 weeks before function will incur a charge of the total booking value as follows:-
- 6 - 12 weeks - 50%
- 3 - 6 weeks - 75%
- Less than 3 weeks - 100%
- Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel any date. In these circumstances either an alternative date will be offered or you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments, but the hotel will have no further liability. Advertised artists are booked at the time of event promotion, circumstances out of our control may result in programme change without prior notice being given to guests.
