The Wild Boar is a beautifully situated traditional coaching inn with low oak beams and log fires. Boasting superb bedrooms, a bar that offers ales from our own onsite micro brewery and over 50 single malt whiskies, a restaurant with its grill and open kitchen serving food produced in it’s own smokehouse, and a team that is renowned for its friendly and professional service, resulting in the perfect venue for your big night out. Party Nights:

All party nights include the following:

  • Your choice of 3 course festive meal
  • Party novelties

  • Free gift bag for every organiser (tables over 12 pax)
  • Disco playing until midnight

Festive Nights:

Ideal for those who want an evening celebration together without the disco.

The Festive nights include all of the items included in the Party Night with the exception of the Disco; however this can be arranged for parties of over 50 guests at a supplement charge

Available Sunday – Thursday from the 1st December until – 19th December From £23.00 per person to include the 3 course menu, if the full menu is required then this will be charged as taken.

Why not stay over from as little as £40.00 per person Bed & Breakfast

House rooms for only £40.00 per person on a Friday and £50.00 per person on a Saturday.
Feature rooms for only £55.00 per person on a Friday and £65.00 per person on a Saturday.
Luxury rooms for only £65.00 per person on a Friday and £75.00 per person on a Saturday.
All rates are inclusive of VAT, based on two people sharing a room

Return & Get 10% DISCOUNT

If you partied with us this year book and confirm your 2013 party night by the 31st March 2013 and we will give you a 10% discount off the above prices.

Organiser Goes Free

Residential parties with 20 or more full paying guests, the organiser and their partner stay the night for free including accommodation and breakfast.

Discount Wine

Pre-order at least 12 bottles of wine 7 days prior to the event and get a 10% discount.

Grand Prize Draw

All guests attending a party night will be entered into a prize draw to win a complimentary Dinner, Bed & Breakfast stay in one of our new Luxury rooms

Festive Lunches

For those who do not fancy a full on party night then why not book a midweek festive lunch with our normal lunch menu offering all your favourite dishes and the addition of our festive specials.

Terms & Conditions

Upon making a provisional booking, a confirmation letter together with a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, as follows:-
Party Night – £10.00 per person deposit
Accommodation – £50.00 per room

The hotel will in turn acknowledge and confirm your booking.

Full and final payment for your party must be paid 6 weeks prior to the function; otherwise places will be offered for re-sale, without refund.

Amendments to bookings can only be made prior to payment of the final balance; thereafter no refunds will be made.

Cancellations made over 12 weeks before function – deposits will be lost.

Cancellations made less than 12 weeks before function will incur a charge of the total booking value as follows:-
8-12 weeks – 50%
4-8 weeks – 75%
Less than 4 weeks – 100%

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any date. In these circumstances either an alternative date will be offered or you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments, but the hotel will have no further liability. Book early to avoid disappointment.

A £10.00pp non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with full payment and menu pre-order 21 days prior to the event. Advertised artists are booked at the time of the event promotion, circumstances out of our control may result in programme change without prior notice being given to guests.
