You’re welcome to check in any time after 3pm on the first day of your stay. On your departure day, we kindly ask guests to check out by 11am. However, if you're staying in our Winander Club, you’ll enjoy a little extra time with a check-out at 12 noon, so you can enjoy a longer lie-in if you wish to.
At our luxury hotel in the Lake District, we’ve created a peaceful wellness retreat where you can truly unwind. Our spa facilities include:

Access to our beautiful spa facilities is included in Spa Break bookings, which feature one 3-hour Thermal Journey per stay.
For all other bookings, including B&B, Dinner B&B and most special offers (unless otherwise stated), you can add a 3-hour Thermal Journey as a paid extra. If you'd like to enjoy a Thermal Journey during your stay, give us a call at 015394 39303 to check availability and add it to your booking. Please note, this is available only to our overnight guests.
