April 2017 we open with 84 rooms which have undergone extensive refurbishment and remodeling, making for first class accommodation many of which will have a view of stunning Windermere. July 2017 the resort will open a further renovated 18 rooms / suites all with lake views, and to the seal the mark of excellence September 2017 we will open further rooms bringing the total rooms at Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa to 131 rooms.

Fresh and Exciting Food and Beverage Offering
With the main inclusive dining experience in The Windermere and with the resort being the Lake Districts premiere wedding & events venue are recruiting the following, Restaurant & Banqueting Manager, Assistant Restaurant & Banqueting Manager, Restaurant Supervisors, Bar Manager, Bar Supervisor, General Assistants.
The brigade led by our Resort Head Chef, have an established team with copious amounts of drive, ambition, knowledge and experience. To join this team we are looking to recruit the following Chef de Parties, Commis Chef, Demi Chefs, Kitchen Porters and Store Assistants.
Blue Smoke – Opening July 2017

To open this exciting new concept restaurant we are looking to recruit Blue Smoke Head Chef, Blue Smoke Restaurant Manager, both roles will start in May 2017, the following positions are required from June 2017, Sous Chef, Chef De Partie, Commis Chefs, Restaurant Supervisors, General Assistants, Bar Supervisors.

The Spa will offer world class experiences with a unique thermal journey, stunning views from heated outdoor infinity pool above the lake and much more. The Health Club
The health club gym is the perfect environment with all the latest Star Trac family of cardio equipment, The Health Club also boosts a spacious swimming pool facility.
