Low Wood Bay Hotel is situated on the shores of Lake Windermere. It is an established four star hotel boasting 111 bedrooms, an extensive 360 capacity Conference Centre, two restaurants along with a prestigious Leisure Club and Watersports/Activity Centre.
We are looking for a COMMIS CHEF to join our dedicated Kitchen Team.
You will be assisting chefs preparing fresh seasonal produce, cooking modern British cuisine, using some of the latest technology available in modern kitchens.
You will gain valuable experience catering for large functions, weddings, conference business, extensive a la carte and grill menus and a modern bar operation.
No experience is needed as full training and development will be given, however a positive attitude and a genuine passion for food is required. A willingness to learn and be part of a team are also essential requirments.
The quality of our food delivery and production is absolutely critical to the guests’ experience and you will play a key part in maintaining our high standards to ensure our customers' expectations are consistently exceeded.
