English Lakes Hotels Resorts & Venues is proud to boast five luxury Lake District and Lancashire hotels, all of which offer their own charms and characteristics. We have three hotels situated in the heart of the Lake District and two North Lancashire.
We have a fantastic new opportunity offering variety and diversity working Full time - Monday to Friday 40 hrs in 2 departments:
Spending 3 days in our Group Sales Office and 2 days in Central Reservations Department. Both departments are based at our Head Office on Low Wood Bay’s site in Windermere, Cumbria.
3 Days a week: In Sales you will be making outbound calls to new clients and carrying out internet research to source potential clients, along with using existing database. Your 3 days will involve working 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m
2 Days a week: In Central Reservations you will be responsible for dealing with our customers enquiries via telephone, bookings via our own online booking system, faxes, agents and emailing independent enquiries. Your 2 days will involve 2 shift patterns 8.30am to 5pm or 12 noon to 8.30pm.
Sound interesting? Full training will be given. A warm, friendly and professional telephone manner is, however, essential. Previous experience / background in telesales would be desirable.
