    Your main responsibilities will be to :-

    - deal with enquiries for Weddings, Functions and Conferences.
    - maximise revenue by converting enquiries into bookings.
    - produce professional, tailor-made programmes and quotations for all events.
    - liaise with all departments relating to events being held.
    - show prospective clients around the hotel and discuss their requirements.
    - co-ordinate the functions from start to finish, ensuring the operational departments have all the relevant information to deliver a high standard of product and services.
    - undertake follow up/courtesy calls.
    - complete Duty Management shifts

    Due to the nature of the role you must be flexible with your working week, which will include working weekends when the business demands.
