The Lakes Suite

The Lakes Suite is a flexible, fully air conditioned space capable of accommodating up to 340 delegates theatre-style. The versatile rooms are pillar-less and can be configured in a variety of ways to suit audio-visual presentations, large scale conferences, syndicates and business meetings.

There is convenient outdoor access for easy loading and unloading, supported by a dedicated 24-hour porterage service. The suite can also serve as a private banqueting facility for up to 300 guests. Running the length of the four rooms is The Gallery lounge with it's own bar and garden access, which is ideal for relaxed breakout sessions, morning coffee and afternoon tea, exhibitions and displays.

Rydal & Elterwater Conference Rooms

Ideal as meeting, syndicate and breakout rooms, Rydal and Elterwater make the most of Low Wood Bay's picturesque settings. Both air-conditioned rooms have marvellous views across Lake Windermere and easy access to the Gallery Lounge and out onto the lawned gardens for a welcome breath of fresh air or for outdoor dining during and after the conference. As with all rooms, meals can be ordered from the set menu provided by the hotel.

Derwent, Grasmere & Buttermere Conference Rooms

Derwent, Grasmere and Buttermere are three adaptable air-conditioned rooms, which can be configured in a variety of ways. Derwent can be booked individually. Grasmere and Buttermere are seperated by a movable wall and can be booked individually or together to accommodate smaller conferences, business meetings and breakouts. All three rooms boast scenic lake-views and lead to the Gallery Lounge for morning and afternoon refreshments, drinks from the bar and garden access.

The Buckley Room

The Buckley room serves as both a meeting room and a private dining facility offering the Windermere restaurant experience.
