Whether you are new to classes or are experienced the content is levelled to all. Visit before work and attend one of our ‘Early Morning Classes’ perhaps you can schedule a visit during the day – over forty classes are timetabled throughout the day – maybe you could stay for a couple?

Indoor Class Information
A brilliant class designed to improve flexibility, build strength, develop control and endurance in the entire body. Placing emphasis on alignment, breathing and a strong core to improve general fitness and well being.
An energetic, upbeat dance class designed to achieve real measurable fitness results. The dance workout mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo steps of Latin dances, to create fun-filled sessions.
Uses the freedom of water to improve range of motion, flexibility and overall strength. The movement of water is used to improve cardio vascular endurance, core strength and balance. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Kick all your fitness goals into high gear with exercises that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. Great for the arms, shoulders, back, legs and core.
Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout, that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz and African beats to country, hip-hop and pop.
A high intensity class on stationary spin bikes. You’ll get an amazing workout by mixing-up your routine and challenging your body in a different way with high energy vibe and invigorating music. Plus, spinning burns calories quickly and provides a safe cycling session in the comfort of indoors. Suitable for all levels including non cyclists.
A great class combining cardio and toning whilst developing strength, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. A full body workout using gravity and your bodyweight whilst performing a range of different exercises. You’ll feel the difference after the first session.
This class uses training techniques used by boxers for many years to keep fit and in shape. A non-contact class that provides a calorie burning workout suitable for all abilities. Be prepared for a knockout class whilst relieving your stresses of the day
Power hoop is a fun fitness hooping class using a weighted hoop. Power hoop’s weight and wavy interior create pulsing contractions, trimming and toning your tummy and waist. Let your inner child out!
HIIT is a popular full body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts, designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.
A cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy, non contact, interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.
Fatburn Extreme is a 20-minute workout, scientifically proven, to maximise results in minimum time. Boost metabolism, improve speed & power with a wide range of bodyweight exercises. Be ready to give it your all with limited rest!
These low impact classes based totally on the water give a fun full body workout, with a mixture of high intensity and pilates-inspired exercises to suit all abilities.
Young at Heart
Young at Hear is a low impact based class designed to improve your flexibility and mobility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Zumba Step tones and strengthens your legs and glutes using a gravity-defying blend of Zumba and step aerobics to maximise lower body results whilst still keeping that Zumba party vibe you already love.
Outdoor Class Information
Blending core strength, coordination and stability with a twist. Our instructors will deliver a range of exercises out on the Lake during a 45 minute paddle session. Be prepared to get wet once or twice. Wetsuits, buoyancy aids and Stand Up Paddleboards provided.
A unique, effective and challenging way to exercise. A low-impact, cross-training workout on water. Burpees, lunges, squats, mountain climbers, the plank... all on water! This class is delivered either in the pool or on the Lake, dependent on weather. A brand new way of exercising.
A workout with a mix of agility, speed, power and strength based exercises. Be prepared for a physical group class with one of our instructors. Bootcamps are great to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.
The Low Wood Bay Nordic Walking Club offers a unique outdoors experience. Walking poles are provided as our Nordic Walking instructor takes you on a Lakeland journey. An excellent class for anyone wanting to improve fitness, lose weight, tone the whole body or simply join a group of like-minded people in the great outdoors.
Nordic Walking is delivered as a six week programme to allow participants to gain the most from their experience. Please ask our team when the next available programme commences.
