Directions from the M6

Leave the M6 motorway at Junction 36 and take the A590 to Kendal. Travel for approximately 7 miles and at the large roundabout turn left and take the signs for the B5284 for Crook. Follow this road for approximately 6 miles to "T" junction. Turn left and then next right into Long Tail Hill to "T" junction.Turn left onto the A592 towards Newby Bridge. Continue for approximately one and a half miles. Storrs Hall is on the right. The entrance to Storrs Hall is on a sharp left hand bend.

Directions from Manchester Airport

Join the M56 westbound at Junction 5. Turn onto the M6 northbound at Junction 19. Follow the road until you reach Junction 36 and use the above directions from the M6.

By Rail

West Coast - Main Line. London - Glasgow, stopping at Oxenholme. Change trains for Windermere Station.
