Terms and Conditions of Holiday Rewards Offer

Deposits

At the time of confirmation a £100 non-refundable deposit per room is required. Bookings made less than 14 days in advance, full pre-payment is taken at the time of the booking.

Amendments

There is no charge if you wish to amend your booking, provided that a minimum of 7 days notice is given prior to the arrival date, and a new date booked for arrival no later than 6 months after the original date. Should the new reservation cross a time band, or a different room type is required, additional charges will be made. For any unforeseen circumstances you are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance.

VAT

Is included at the current prevailing rate unless otherwise stated.

Final Payment

Payment for the balance of the cost of your booking should be made prior to departure. Credit facilities are not available.
