Smoking Courses at The Wild Boar
As the only restaurant in the Lake District with its own smokehouse, The Wild Boar is working with smoking experts Smoky Jo's to provide a 1 day smoking course, where you will learn how to hot and cold smoke a range of different foods such as chicken, salmon, sausage, and cheese, using the Inns own purpose-built smokehouse.
Arrival 10am finish time is approx 3.30pm, including lunch and then returning for dinner that evening.
Cost is normally £109.00
£99.00 to all English Lakes Relish members price includes lunch at the Inn with the smoking team.
The next Smoking courses will be held on: Thursday 30th May, Wednesday 26th June, Tuesday 23rd July and Wednesday 18th September.

Japanese Whisky Tasting at The Wild Boar
