The Sun Terrace Restaurant serves up contemporary cuisine in a relaxed, debonair environment. Boasting magnificent sea views, it’s ideal for busy business brunches as well as intimate dinners. We serve British classics prepared using local produce from Lancashire, the Cumbrian countryside and fresh from the Irish Sea. Seafood specialities such as Morecambe Bay Shrimps, line caught Sea Bass, and hearty meals like Roast Loin of Salt Marsh Lamb and trio of Cumberland Sausage are all cooked with typical Midland panache. Stylish, simple, beautiful. That’s the way we like to do it here.

At the fast and friendly Rotunda terrace café, you’ll find everything from seasonal cocktails to specialist coffees, from fish & chips to your classic afternoon tea. With its quick service and laid back atmosphere, it’s the ideal place to drop in for a morning coffee or small bite to eat to be savoured with a fine wine or refreshing lager, whilst looking out at the views across the bay.
