The Foodworks Restaurant

Ravilious Rotunda Bar

If you are out and about, spending time by the sea The Midland’s Ravilious Rotunda Bar also offers a wide selection of informal dining options, such as sandwiches, Lancashire tapas boards, gourmet hotdogs, fish & chips and other classics. The bar features an iconic cascading chandelier in the centre, along with contemporary dining booths and the recently added Ravilious Rotunda Bar mural, designed to recall some of the beauty of the original Eric Ravilious mural. The Sun Terrace Restaurant

The Midland's Sun Terrace Restaurant, close to Lancaster, is considered to be one of the finest restaurants in Lancashire. Menu highlights include pressed rabbit, Goosnargh Chicken Ballotine, and the local delicacy, Morecambe Bay Shrimps with pan fried-sweet breads. The Restaurant has a unique glass fronted design, so you can guarantee dinner with a beautiful view of Morecambe bay looking out towards the distant Lake District fells and, if you time it right, experience a magnificent sunset.
