English Lakes Ice Cream based in Kendal has been established for over 20 years. The business is run and owned by husband and wife team Peter and Frances Fryer.

Established 1828, Richard Woodall is one of the oldest family businesses still in existence. The company are suppliers to The Wild Boar and Her Majesty the Queen.


Udale
Udale Speciality Foods is a 4th generation, family owned business, set-up in 1905, and is now run by brothers, Ian and Neil Udale.


J.T. Parsons (Windermere) Ltd.
Established late 1950's J.T. Parsons was formed from the acquisition of two well established fruit and vegetable merchants.


George Romney
George Romney was, established in 1936. It has remained a family business and is now with the 4th generation of the founders. Romney's Kendal Mint Cake was carried to the top of Mount Everest in May 1953, on the 1st successful expedition to the summit and many to The Wild Boar in Crook.


Phil Eastwood - Oak Street Bakery
Phil Eastwood has been a baker for 35 years and opened Oak Street Bakery back in 2000. The bakery based in Windermere serves a huge range of fresh bakery products.


W. McClure Ltd
McClures was founded in 1945 by William McClure. They now employ over 80 staff and deliver fine food and local products to The Wild Boar.


Sarah Nelson Grasmere Gingerbread
Grasmere Gingerbread, first made in about 1850 in the same gate cottage in Grasmere as it is today. The present owners Andrew Hunter and Joanne Wilson still use the original 'secret' recipe.

John Stott, - Family Run Licensed Game dealer and producers of top quality smoked salmon.


C&G Neves
Founded by brothers Chris and Gerard Neve in 1972. C&G Neve also has its own smokehouse and provides a variety of smoked fish.
