The Wild Boar is working with smoking experts Smoky Jo’s to provide one day courses, where guests will learn how to hot and cold smoke their own food.
Those taking part in the courses will get the chance to smoke a range of different foods such as chicken, salmon, sausages and cheeses. As well as using the Inns own purpose built smokehouse the Smoky Jo’s team will show how tremendous results can be achieved at home – on a stove, converted bbq, wardrobe or filing cabinet!
The courses will be at a set cost of £159.00 which also includes lunch and dinner. Add accommodation at a reduced rate too! For 2017 the course will run on the following dates:
• Saturday 18th November 2017
• Tuesday 5th December 2017
The day starts at 10.00am and course finish time is around 3.30pm allowing you time to enjoy rest The Wild Boar has to offer before you sample your own smoked food at dinner in the evening.
