Recent extensive renovations has provided some more exciting reasons to visit including a new Grill and Smokehouse with open kitchen and chef's table which will offer a little more theatre to the dining experience. Family Bushcraft Day
The Family Bushcraft Day is a chance to explore the woodland landscape and learn firelighting, shelter building and greenwood skills in a fun way suitable for all ages amongst the beautiful woodlands next to The Wild Boar.
We’ll start buy tuning into our environment and awaking our senses. Then we’ll light a communal fire without matches, vital if we are to cook our dinner! You’ll get the chance to try different shelter designs and some greenwood crafts adjusted to your experience and age. We’ll finish with a final campfire treat!
