    • Potted Cumbrian Ham
      tomato preserve, petit salad and toasted brioche
    • Scottish Smoked Salmon
      horseradish cream, shallots, lemon and capers
    • Wild Mushroom Soup (V)
      with tarragon Gnocchi

    Main Courses

    • Chicken Breast Wrapped in Air dried Ham
      dauphinoise potatoes, wild mushrooms a cep veloute
    • Grilled fillet of Salmon
      apricot cous-cous, petit ratatouille and herb dressing
    • Roast Rack of Fell Bred Lamb
      wilted spinach, boulangere potatoes and rosemary jus (lamb will be served pink)
    • Oven Baked Loin of Pork
      apple compote, fondant potatoes, glazed red cabbage and sage café au lait
