English Lakes Hotels Resorts & Venues will be closed during lock-down.
Due to the current lock-down and the most recent directive from the Government we cannot be sure of any timeline for a relaxation of this situation and we can only be sure that we will definitely not reopen any of our properties up to 3rd July 2020. We will be able to update when we have further information from the Government. We are constantly monitoring the situation with and following the best, most up to date protocols across all our properties advised by World Health Organisation and the British Government.
Existing Bookings at English Lakes Hotels
Existing bookings for overnight stays at any of our hotels that are due before 3rd July 2020 will be bound by our new updated Cancellation & Amendment policy. This is designed to give you have more flexibility to transfer, cancel or put your booking on hold for up to 12 months. All bookings after 3rd July 2020 will still be bound by the original booking terms and cancellation policy.
This is based on current government guidelines and may change based on new announcements in the coming weeks.
Spa bookings at The Spa at Low Wood Bay
All spa bookings for treatments or spa days can be transferred to another date within 12 months of the original booking or any monies paid to be credited to the account for 12 months. Any cancellations will still be bound by our current spa cancellation policy outlined on our Terms & Conditions page.
Existing Gift Vouchers
We are happy confirm that all Gift Vouchers already purchased that have an expiry date between 21 March 2020 and 31 August 2020 will be extended until 31 December 2020.
You do not need to do anything other than use them before the end of 2020.
This policy is based on the current government guidelines and may change if the government advice changes.
