English Lakes have three conference venues in the Lake District, all within a short distance of one another in the Windermere and Ambleside area of the South Lakes. Low Wood Bay Conference Centre
Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa, is situated on the Windermere lake shoreline in the heart of the Lake District being only a short distance from junction 36 on the M6 the hotel is easily accessible from either the A591 Windermere to Ambleside road. Low Wood Bay's lakeshore location allows conferences easy access to the hotel gardens and watersports centre facilities. To the rear of the hotel short walks are readily available offering conference delegates the possibility of a walk through the nearby woods or fellside with excellent views over the lake towards to the distant higher fells.
The resort boasts a dedicated conference centre with 9 high standard conference and meeting rooms. Conferences have the option of private dining or the resort offers a selection of dining experiences. Additionally Low Wood Bay provides facilities such as Watersports Centre & Spa.

The Wild Boar Conference Room
The Wild Boar is located in open countryside close to Bowness-on-Windermere in the heart of the Lake District and easily accessible by car, being only an 18 minute drive from J36 of the M6. The Wild Boar offers conference delegates a purpose designed multi-function room as well as the opportunity of taking advantage of the hotel's private woods where a range of activities can be arranged.
The Wild Boar is well regarded locally for it's Restaurant and conferences can take advantage of the option of exclusive dining in the Undermillbeck multi-function room or dining in the hotel's Grill & Smokehouse Restaurant.
