Experience a unique food cooking course in the Lake District at Wild Boar Estate, where you'll learn how to barbeque and the techniques and skills of wilderness cooking.

Mastering the Flame is an immersive, hands-on BBQ course designed to deepen participants' understanding of essential techniques such as brining, marinating, and maintaining food safety. Daniel, our group training & development chef will be with you throughout the day, providing you with the skills and techniques of a professional chef to produce some wonderful, creative ideas you can produce at home.
