Health Club Membership

One of the benefits that our team absolutely love is free membership to the Sandpiper Club at Lancaster House. The club is equipped with swimming pool, top of the range gym, Jacuzzi, steam rooms and saunas. Water Sports Activities

Employees of English Lakes enjoy great discounts off water sports activities at the Low Wood Bay Watersports Centre. Hire a paddleboard, kayak, canoe or motorboat and explore Windermere. For more of an adrenalin rush, there’s always wake surfing and knee boarding.

Service Awards Lunches

We like to acknowledge the hard work of all our employees. Every year you will be invited to a Service Awards lunch. This is a beautiful three course lunch in one of our 4* hotels. It’s an occasion that the Directors of the company always attend and it’s their way of saying ‘thank you’ for your service over the previous 12 months. Simon Berry, Chairman and Managing Director will also present you with English Lakes Gift Vouchers that you can spend at any of the hotels, restaurants or other facilities around the hotels and resort.
