Escape Room

Work as a team to solve a series of clues, riddles and puzzles to escape from one of the three themed rooms. For the detectives, there is an immersive ‘framed’ storyline where participants work to prove themselves innocent and reach freedom; for the history enthusiasts, there is 17th century storyline, wherein participants work to ‘escape the noose’; and for those who favour a more physically cantered challenge, there is a ‘fun at the fair’ room, that incorporates ‘coordination, guile and marksmanship.’ A café is on site, with food packages available, as well as a bar.

Trough of Bowland –

- 20 miles (50 minutes)

A short drive from Lancaster House is the stunning Forest of Bowland, the Trough of Bowland is known as an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. The Trough of Bowland makes up part of the route taken in 1612 to Lancaster Castle by the “Pendle witches” to their trial.

 

High Ropes Course – Blackpool

There’s nothing like swinging and zip lining through a rope course to bring your team together. Blackpool High Ropes course is a series of low and high rope challenges which encourage your team to overcome obstacles, problem solve and support each other.

Bush Craft Village

Fresh air, fire and healthy competition make up ‘Bush Craft Village’. Your group will be split into teams where you will compete to be the first civilisation to set up a sustainable village. You will need to work together to build shelters, light a fire using friction, make bush darts, master traditional tools and cook fish on an open fire. “I’m in the Lake District Get Me out Of Here!” - SEE

This is the ultimate adventure experience that plays on the well-known reality show ‘I’m a celebrity, get me out of here’. Groups will work together to complete a set of challenges which will include survival skills, navigation challenges, food ‘delicacy’ tasks as well as insect and animal handling. Lakeland Eco Challenge

Help preserve the Lake District’s landscape with this innovative experience. Over two days your team will help to carry out essential repair work to rebuild and maintain the most badly eroded footpaths in the Lakes as well as participate in activities such as fell walking.
