The 50-foot exercise pool offers swimmers a blend of freedom for both pleasure seekers and dedicated swimmers, due to the pool's warm temperature and simple yet practical layout.
The humid heat of steam room helps to improve circulation, lower blood pressure and promote better skin health.
The dry heat of the sauna offers respite for sore joints and muscles. Both facilities aid mental health, reduce stress levels and promote better sleep.
The indoor spa bath overlooks the leisure pool and offers a chance to sit back and relax.
The spa bubbles and warm temperature help to easy aching muscles and reduce stress levels; a perfect place to spend 10 minutes! The outdoor hot-tub is situated down a few steps outside, on our wonderful decking area.

Yes, children aged 15 years and younger are allowed in the Sandpiper Health Club. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The Sandpiper Health Club provides members access to the club's facilities but you don't have to be a member to use the health club. Hotel guests have complimentary access to the club as part of their stay. We also offer guest passes for non members, however a club member must accompany a non member with a guest pass. We also offer a selection of day packages for non members to be able to experience and enjoy the health club facilities at Lancaster House Hotel.
Yes, there is a small joining fee that is applicable when taking out membership at the health club.
Yes, you can. Non members can make use of our guest passes but remember you need to be accompanied by a club member at the time.
We only offer single membership package. We don't offer student discount on membership or have a specific membership type for students.
