Hotel-specific monetary vouchers can only be used at the named property.
How long are English Lakes Hotels gift vouchers valid for?
All English Lakes Hotels gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be extended, refunded or transferred after this period.
Can English Lakes Hotels gift vouchers be extended, refunded or partially redeemed?
Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the 12-month validity period. However, monetary vouchers can be partially redeemed, if you have a £300 voucher and spend £100, the remaining £200 stays on the voucher for future use. A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase provided the voucher has not been dispatched or redeemed.

Can I get a refund on English Lakes Hotels gift vouchers?
You have 14 days from the date of confirmation to cancel your order and receive a full refund, provided the voucher has not been dispatched or redeemed. If the voucher has already been sent, it becomes void upon cancellation. Vouchers cannot be refunded after the 14-day cooling-off period.
What happens if a gift voucher recipient doesn't use the voucher in time?
All English Lakes Hotels vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. We recommend recipients book early, as redemptions are subject to availability. In the event of a no-show after booking, the voucher may be automatically redeemed without reissue.
