The Sandpiper Club at Lancaster House offers hotel guests and club members a range of excellent health & fitness facilities. The club's team of dedicated professionals ensure a friendly and welcoming service with a commitment to the individual health and fitness needs of our club members and guests. Whether you’re looking to improve your personal fitness in our well equipped gym or simply just to relax and unwind from the stresses of the day in the club's outdoor hot tub.

Leisure Pool
The high ceilings and large windows provide a spacious, welcoming environment for members and guests to soak in all there is to enjoy at the Sandpiper Health Club.
The 50-foot exercise pool offers swimmers a blend of freedom for both pleasure seekers and dedicated swimmers, due to the pool's warm temperature and simple yet practical layout.
Spa-Bath and Outdoor Hot-tub
The indoor spa bath overlooks the leisure pool and offers a chance to sit back and relax. The spa bubbles and warm temperature help to easy aching muscles and reduce stress levels; a perfect place to spend 10 minutes!
The outdoor hot-tub is situated down a few steps outside, on our wonderful decking area. You can choose to relax outdoors in the warmth of the hot-tub whilst soaking in the views over the Lancashire countryside, watching our local wildlife or enjoying the beauty of an evening sunset.
Sauna & Steam Room
The humid heat of steam room helps to improve circulation, lower blood pressure and promote better skin health. The dry heat of the sauna offers respite for sore joints and muscles.
Whilst both facilities aid mental health, reduced stress levels and promote better sleep. What more could you ask for!?
The Fitness Suite
The Health Club's fitness suite is equipped with Nautilus equipment and a fully equipped weight training area. The Sandpiper Club team can guide members and guests through the use of the equipment with a thorough induction. Each training section has a variety of options to adapt your workout to your routine.

Children Access Times
All children must be accompanied by an adult in all areas at all times and are subject to the time restrictions of 9:00am to 7:00pm
