Stretch & Relax Classes
Every Monday and Wednesday at the Sandpiper Health Club at Lancaster House hotel we will be providing a Stretch & Relax Class with our instructor, Natalie.
Classes will be available twice a week, on a Monday morning and a Wednesday evening. Classes will last for 1 hour and will be hosted in one of the hotel's suites (mats will be provided).
Class sizes will be limited to a maximum of 20 people maximum. Stretch & Relax classes will be free for health club members. Additional guest passes for non-members are available to purchase (hotel guests will be required to purchase guest pass). A booking system will be in place.
Classes will commence from Monday 5th of September 2022.
Monday: 11:30am - 12.30pm
Wednesday: 6:30pm - 7.30pm.
