R2R special offer is only bookable online using the link in a post stay email and can only be used once to make a booking within 21 days of previous stay.

Transfers & Refunds: Bookings can be transferred or refunded up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Amendments to a booking on the best flexible rate means that as rates change therefore your new date may be selling at a different price and charges may apply. There is no charge if you wish to amend your booking. The deposit paid can be held until a new date is booked as long as the new date is no later than 6 months after the original date.
Cancellations: Provided a minimum of 48 hours notice is given prior to the arrival date, the deposit paid can be refunded if no alternative booking date is required.
Activities: Activity is included for 2 guests, supplements will apply if more guests are staying on this offer.
Kayak will be available from 1st April but we will be providing wet suits until the water gets warmer. Canoe will only be available when the water is warmer.
