Situated in the picturesque Gilpin valley, part way between Windermere and Crook, Wild Boar Estate's ancient woodland hosts our own purpose built shooting range.
Under the close supervision of Mike Coates, our dedicated Clay Pigeon Shooting instructor. You will get the chance of shooting at clay's that simulate the flight of a number of different wild birds, including; pheasant, crow, grouse and perhaps even a bolting rabbit!
Making a booking
Sessions are available to book by hotel guests (residents) staying at Wild Boar Estate, Low Wood Bay or Lancaster House Hotel and also to non hotel residents. To book please call: 07814 030 249
Prices for clay pigeon shooting are discounted for English Lakes residents with discounts also available for hotel residents booking groups of 5 or more. Additional discounted rates are applicable on both archery and axe throwing when booked with a clay pigeon shooting session and this discount is available to both hotel residents and non hotel residents.

Free parking is available at Wild Boar Estate, however due to limited parking at the hotel there is a maximum of two cars per group (please enquire if over this limit).
