Join us for a dip in our outdoor thermal area whilst watching the sun go down. DJ Idge will be on the decks from 8pm till 10pm. Receive a Sunset Cocktail upon arrival and our Spa Assistants will be serving delicious cocktails and sweet canapés in our outside Spas and infinity pools throughout the evening. These can be enjoyed whilst relaxing watching the sun dip below the Lakeland fells over Windermere.

What spa facilities are available on a sunset session?

Guests at our sunset sessions have full use of the spa's outdoor thermal experience. During the sessions the DJ is located by one our outdoor thermal pools and our spa tenders will ensure guests are able to enjoy the evening session, fully and safely.
 

Do you provide slippers in The Spa?

Unfortunately, we don't provide single-use disposable slippers. We encourage you to bring your own flip-flops to support our commitment to sustainability. Otherwise, you can purchase a pair on the day of your visit.

Can I visit The Spa with children?

No. We're sorry, but children aren't allowed in The Spa.

I'm staying at Low Wood Bay. Can I book a sunset session at The Spa?

Yes, you can! Guests staying at Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa are welcome to book a sunset session. Please call our Reservations team on 0333 2203 105 with your reservation details to enquire about availability and book your sunset session. Guests will also receive a link to book online in their pre-stay email. If you've not yet booked we have also put together a sunset session spa break that includes tickets to the sunset session as part of your stay.

I'm pregnant. Should I book?

We've carefully designed many of our spa facilities with pregnant and nursing mothers in mind. Before you book, there are a few things to consider:

· If you're pregnant, you should consult your family doctor before booking.

· We recommend that you don't use the Thermal Cabins, Hot Tubs and Mud Rooms while pregnant.
