Heritage boat trips on lake Windermere aboard our launch, 'Winander'

Winander our traditional wooden launch that has been beautifully restored to all its original 1929 glory and offers the opportunity to sail on England's longest lake directly from Low Wood Bay's private jetty. At the weekend it will be sailing exclusively for our resort guests so you can enjoy the serenity and stunning views as you take a step back in time.

Cannon Champagne Cruise

Operating: Every Friday

Boarding: 4.45pm

Boat departs immediately after the 5.00pm cannon firing.

Return: 5.45pm.

Champagne and Canapés Cruise

Operating: Every Saturday until the second Saturday

Boarding: 5.00pm

Return: 6.00pm.

Both the Friday & Saturday cruises cost - £55.00 per person (adults only and No pets allowed unless guide dogs)

Includes:

Glass of Champagne, plus top up canapés served during the cruise

A host will be onboard to welcome guests and serve drinks and canapés.

Friday and Saturday scheduled cruises are sold on a per person basis. Residents only. Maximum 12 guests.
