Under the guidance of our instructor, you'll take to lake Windermere aboard your paddleboard before tethering the boards to create a platform from which an hour long stretch session will commence. A truly relaxing experience in a beautiful setting, on lake Windermere in front of Low Wood Bay.
Low Wood Bay offers a variety of paddle and stretch experiences, each with a slight twist, making for a more uniquely tailored experience.
Start your day off strong with an hour’s paddle board and stretch session on the picturesque Lake Windermere. Surrounded by spectacular views, you’ll enjoy a guided stretch session with our qualified instructor, all from the gentle balance of your board, an energising yet calming experience that connects movement with nature. After your session, paddle back at your own pace, soaking in the scenery.
The 1 hour guided paddleboard and stretch session (wetsuit included) is available to book as a shared group experience or private group.
