Alternative Afternoon Tea

The Wild Boar offers an Afternoon Tea with a twist. Out go the 'delicate finger sandwiches' and in come delicious Mini Fish & Chips, Pork scratchings and Pigs in blankets. We couldn't lose all the traditions, our Alternative Afternoon Tea is finished with a classic favourite, Scones with Jam & Cream.

We also offer a Vegetarian Afternoon Tea which is full of delicacies for those following a plant-based diet.

 

Alternative Afternoon Picnic

Introducing our alternative picnic. It's the same Alternative Afternoon Tea you know and love, but served in the great outdoors. Enjoy it in its true form, stand and all with a blanket, cushions, picnic basket and all from our lawn, or get it packed up and take into our 72 acre private woodland and enjoy at your own pace.

 

 

The Alternative Afternoon Tea Picnic is priced as per the Alternative Afternoon Tea and includes the full Alternative Afternoon Tea & 2 bottles of our home-brewed ale.

English Lakes Relish Card is a local residents discount card the holders of which can enjoy a guaranteed 10% discount off all meals and drinks within the excellent choice of English Lakes restaurants. Additionally cardholders can enjoy some really great seasonal special offers.
