We know there's some logistical questions you'll have before you come and as you arrive and we're here to help. Below are some of our most frequently asked questions.
Getting Here
We're located on the lake shore adjacent to the A591 main road between Windermere and Ambleside. Most sat nav's will easily find us using our address below. If you're arriving from Windermere, our main entrance is 100 yards passed the main hotel on the right hand side.

Arrival
As you drive up the entrance, you'll be greeted by our friendly gatekeeper. They will direct you where to park and show you where to go to check-in.
Parking
We have ample free parking on site for all guests of the resort. As you drive up the main entrance you'll be directed to the main car park by our gatekeeper. We also have a large overflow car park over at our Watersports centre.
Check-in
Check-in Check-in time for main resort guests and Winander Club guests is from 3pm. All guests can make use of our facilities from 3pm on the day of check-in and if needed you can leave your lugged in our secure luggage room.
Once you have checked in and got settled into your room, it's time to relax. You're free to explore the resort at your leisure or you can speak with our concierge, located just across from the main reception.
