Low Wood Bay Resort

This aspect points directly at the original hotel buildings. First appearing in official records in 1718, the hotel has been lovingly maintained for centuries. Today, we're pleased to showcase this splendour and history. The central outdoor area includes our sun-soaked patio and outdoor seating for our award-winning restaurant, Blue Smoke.

Wray Bay

From our unrivalled lakeside position, our Lake Windermere webcam captures the view across the water towards Wray. There, you'll find plenty of beautiful trails through dense woodland, each leading you to the historic Wray Castle and its beautiful National Trust-managed grounds. With a café on-site and plenty of accessible paths, it's a fantastic spot for a family day out.

The Langdales

Dreaming of lofty heights? Our Langdale Valley aspect points directly towards some of the taller fells across the bay, from Black Crag to Harrison Stickle and beyond. We love fell walking in the South Lakes, and there's an array of incredible routes for you to discover from our doorstep. Whether you're heading to Loughrigg Fell or aiming to summit Red Screes, the mountains are calling you.
