Our Conference Day Delegate rates start from £35.00 +VAT. Day Delegates can enjoy the following:

- Two-course hot/cold buffet luncheon with coffee
- Afternoon tea & coffee, selection of cakes or tray bakes

24 Hour Delegates
Our Conference 24 hour Delegate rates start from £120.00 +VAT. 24 Hour Delegates can enjoy the following:
- All the features of the Day Delegate rate, with full lakeland breakfast
- Three course table d'hote dinner with coffee
- Overnight Accommodation
- Unlimited use of the Low Wood Club leisure facilities.
All our newly refurbished rooms provide excellent hotel accommodation for conferences, each one with high speed internet access, TV, direct dial telephone and a clothes iron/press. All bedrooms also have a writing desk with good lighting, as well as a hairdryer and complimentary tea and coffee so your delegates can look and feel their best.
Whether your guests want to use their rooms for further work or as a place for rest and relaxation, our rooms should provide the perfect setting. There are a selection of lake view rooms available – please ask us for details.

We can recommend local corporate events and team building experience companies, who can offer great advice and expertise in delivering small to large scale events, from 30 minute energisers to multi-day programmes.
We can also arrange many other activities at the hotel or in the surrounding countryside. We have full access to extensive grounds, sprawling lakeshore lawns and the Lake District’s best watersports centre, which offers a whole range of activities to keep your guests occupied.
We are also happy to recommend Skylark Aerial Photography for any drone photography to provide a film of your event here at Low Wood Bay to create a lasting memory of your outdoor event at this special Lake District event venue.
