Art in the Atrium

Kitty North - Buildings in the Landscape

Kitty North exhibition - January to April 2024 The second ‘Art in the Atrium’ exhibition at Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa, ‘Buildings in the Landscape’, features selected works of Kitty North, whose rise to prominence in the art world has included several influential commissions. Her paintings have been displayed at Salts Mill Saltaire, Bolton Abbey, Chatsworth and Levens Hall.

Norman Adams

Norman Adams exhibition - September 2023 to January 2024 Our inaugural art exhibition featured the famous artworks of Norman Adams RA (1927-2005). The spa resort’s team worked with contemporary and modern British art specialists Gavagan Art to bring the exhibition to fruition. It included a representative collection of Adams’ works, including Dawn Window and Sunflowers - The Flight of Phaeton. Norman Adams’ works feature in prestigious private and public collections across the UK, including London’s Tate Gallery. His landscapes reflect the atmosphere (and the weather), as much as they show a landscape.
