When it comes to your dining options we’re not going to bang on about having to choose a healthy low-calorie carrot to complete your treatment – although it’s got to be said, we do have lots of healthy options available. If your appetite and taste buds run to steak and chips, that’s fine with us. No judgement here.

Your Spatender is never far away throughout your day with us and will be happy to take your order. From cocktails to craft ales, hot drinks, juices, smoothies or snacks – the choice is yours.

Spa Day Dining Options 

A Spa Day isn’t complete without a touch of food indulgence and we can offer a range of options to whet the appetite so whatever you choose we know this will be one of the highlights of your day.

Afternoon Tea

You may choose to soak in the views of the lake from the Atrium whilst enjoying our smorgasbord of delectable afternoon tea treats from delicate patisseries, freshly baked scones with lashings of jam and clotted cream.

 

Blue Smoke on the Bay

You could opt for a two course lunch in the relaxed surroundings of the Blue Smoke on the Bay restaurant where the options range from mouth watering salads to fish dishes and steaks cooked over the hot embers of the wood-fired grill.

Norman’s, as friendly as the name! The sociable hub that tops and tails your time at Low Wood Bay Health Club and Spa. Choose a freshly prepared high energy juice or a vitamin-packed smoothie bowl – great for getting your day off to a zingy begin. We also have a fabulous range of loose leaf teas and artisan coffees, perfectly complemented with a fresh baked cake and, of course, possibly the best view in the Lakes.
