Do you provide slippers in the Spa?
No, our spa does not provide single-use disposable slippers. To support a more sustainable experience, we invite you to bring your own flip-flops or purchase a pair on-site, which you can also take home as a souvenir.
This small step helps us reduce waste, making your visit to our Lake District spa even more meaningful.
Are children welcome in the Spa?
Children are not permitted in the spa area. However, young adults aged 16 and over are welcome. For a full overview of our guidelines, please refer to our spa terms and conditions for more details. We’ve designed our Lake District massage and spa treatments for adult relaxation, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating experience for all our guests.
I'm booked to stay at the hotel. How much is access to the Spa?
Access is only included in our Spa Break packages. However, a Spa Day or Spa Treatment can be booked separately at a later date.
As a guest staying at the hotel, you can enjoy 25% OFF treatments from Monday to Thursday, allowing you to unwind with a premium massage in Windermere or Spa Treatment at a discounted rate.

I am pregnant, which facilities am I allowed to use in The Spa?
We have specially designed Lake District Spa Treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
We advise against using the Thermal Cabins, Hot Tubs, or Mud Rooms while pregnant. If you have any concerns, please check with your GP before booking. Treatments can only be carried out after the first trimester (12 weeks).
