Q. Are The Spa facilities included in my booking?
A. Access to The Spa facilities are only included in Spa Break Package bookings OR Winander Club room bookings (Outdoor Spa only). All other bookings (B&B, Dinner B&B, all other special offers (unless otherwise stated)) don't get access to the spa as standard, but it can be added as a paid extra (subject to availability).
Q. What facilities do I get access to with an overnight stay?
A. All guests staying with us get access to our Health Club facilities (gym and indoor swimming pool). These are separate facilities to The Spa facilities.
Q. What is the difference between The Spa and Health Club facilities?
A. The Spa facilities include the indoor Thermal Spaces (indoor thermal pool, herbal lounge sauna and dry salt room sauna) and the Outdoor Spa (outdoor pool, outdoor Fellside Sauna, outdoor bar, outdoor hot tubs.).
The Health Club facilities include an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, infrared sauna, steam room, gym and fitness classes. These Health Club facilities are all separate facilities to The Spa facilities and are included in all overnight stays.
Q. Are you dog friendly?
A. Yes, we love dogs at the resort. The only places we don't allow dogs are; Winander Club, both restaurants and Spa/Health Club facilities.
Q. Do I need to pre-book spa/restaurant/watersports?
A. Yes, we always highly recommend pre-booking any additional service (even when it is included in your package) as soon as possible. If dinner or spa is included in your package, we will always make sure you get a reservation, but without a booking it may not be at your most ideal time. For bookings that don't include dinner or spa (e.g bed and breakfast rates) we cannot guarantee we will have availability in the restaurants or spa without a prior booking, but we will try our best to serve you where possible.
Q. I'd like to add spa access onto my booking, how can I do this?
A. If you'd just like to enjoy our spa Thermal Spaces while you're with us, you'll need to book a 3 Hour Thermal Journey. Due to this only being available to overnight guests, we can only add this to your booking over the phone and you can call us on 015394 39303 to check availability and book.

Q. Is the Winander Club a different hotel?
A. No, Winander Club is still very much part of Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa. Winander Club houses our most luxurious rooms with some exclusive features to guests staying in the club.
