Start your day off strong with a two hour paddle board session on the picturesque Lake Windermere. Follow on from your water sports activity by spending 3 hours languishing in our amazing indoor and outdoor thermal facilities including our Dry Salt Sauna, Steam Rooms and Herbal Infused Lounge. Lay back and relax with cocktails in our outdoor Infinity Pool, Wood Fired Sauna and Hot Tubs. Included in your spa day is the choice of either a fabulous two-course lunch or wood-fired afternoon tea within our Blue Smoke on the Bay Restaurant.

Timings: Please note, the time you have selected is just a guide to which thermal session you would prefer to be on. To ensure that all our guests have the best possible experience we carefully schedule arrival times for each session.  You will be notified of your final arrival time within 24hours of making your booking.

Please be aware that both the Lunch and Wood-Fired Afternoon Tea start from 12noon. The Lunch finishes at 3pm and the Wood-Fired Afternoon Tea finishes at 4.30pm so your meal will be scheduled within these times.
