"A truly fantastic spa and afternoon tea. We had the most fantastic spa day yesterday at Low Wood Bay. It started with a festive afternoon tea at the Blue Smoke restaurant. Beautiful surroundings, the loveliest staff and delicious food! Every part of the afternoon tea was incredible! It was followed by a three hour thermal journey, it was three hours of pure indulgence and relaxation! The spa staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The spa was so clean and very well maintained. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!"

The Hideaway Retreat
The Hideaway is a private luxury retreat to celebrate precious moments together. Being our most exclusive treatment room, The Hideaway features heated treatment beds, a rustic salt bath and a unique buckwheat bed overlooking Lake Windermere.
This Hideaway package is inclusive of a 3 hour Thermal Journey, allowing you to enjoy the indoor and outdoor facilities, whilst admiring the breath-taking views.
