Do you provide slippers in the Spa?
No, sorry. The Spa does not provide single use disposable slippers. Please join us in our efforts to create a more sustainable experience in the Spa, by bringing your own flip flops or you can purchase these on the day.
Are children welcome in the Spa?
No, sorry. Children are not allowed in The Spa. Young adults (16 plus) are welcome. Spa Terms and Conditions
I'm booked to stay at the hotel. How much is access to the Spa?
Access to the spa is only included when booking a spa break. A spa day or spa treatment can be booked seperately at a later date. The Spa offer a selection of spa breaks, spa treatments and spa days at various price points from which to choose. Guests staying at the hotel can enjoy 25% OFF treatments (Monday - Thursday only). I'd like to take advantage of the 25% OFF Spa Treatments for hotel guests. How do I book and get the discount?
The discount is available to guests staying at the hotel and can be obtained by telephoning 015394 39303 or email the spa team or by making a booking in person.
I am pregnant, which facilities am I allowed to use in The Spa?
We have specially designed Spa Treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa Team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. We do not recommend you use the Thermal Cabins, Hot Tubs or Mud Rooms during your pregnancy. If you are in any doubt about having a treatment during your pregnancy, please ensure you check with your GP prior to making your reservation. Please be aware that you will not be able to have any treatments in the first Trimester (12 weeks) of your pregnancy.

What are the Spa's open hours?
The Spa is open daily at the following times:
Sunrise Spa Break guests*: 7.30am - 9.30am
Spa Treatments: 9:30am - 7:30pm (last treatment booking is 6:30pm)
Spa Days: 10.00am - 8.00pm (last check in 5.00pm)
*The Spa does open until 10.00am on Wednesdays.
