Yes, The Spa at Low Wood Bay is a luxurious wellness retreat offering a thermal suite, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam rooms. Access to The Spa facilities is only included in Spa Break Package bookings which include a 3-hour Thermal Journey once, per stay. All other bookings (B&B, Dinner B&B, all other special offers (unless otherwise stated) don't get access to the spa as standard, but it can be added as a paid extra (subject to availability).

Yes, we always highly recommend pre-booking any additional service (even when it is included in your package) as soon as possible. If dinner or spa is included in your package, we will always make sure you get a reservation, but without a booking it may not be at your most ideal time. For bookings that don't include dinner or spa (e.g bed and breakfast rates) we cannot guarantee we will have availability in the restaurants or spa without a prior booking, but we will try our best to serve you where possible.
Yes, laundry and dry-cleaning services are available Monday to Friday. We are unable to offer this service at weekends. Laundry must be left with reception by 8am and will be delivered to your room by 2.30pm the following day.
Low Wood Bay has nine air-conditioned conference rooms with high-speed internet access and dedicated phone lines. Our largest conference suite can accommodate up to 340 delegates.
