Do I need to pre-book spa/restaurant/watersports?

Yes, we always highly recommend pre-booking any additional service (even when it is included in your package) as soon as possible. If dinner or spa is included in your package, we will always make sure you get a reservation, but without a booking it may not be at your most ideal time. For bookings that don't include dinner or spa (e.g bed and breakfast rates) we cannot guarantee we will have availability in the restaurants or spa without a prior booking, but we will try our best to serve you where possible.

I'd like to add spa access onto my booking, how can I do this?

If you'd just like to enjoy our spa Thermal Spaces while you're with us, you'll need to book a 3 Hour Thermal Journey. Due to this only being available to overnight guests, we can only add this to your booking over the phone and you can call us on 015394 39303 to check availability and book.
