The package includes:

  • 2 Night stay at Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa overlooking lake Windermere
  • Breakfast in The W
  • Dinner* in one of Low Wood Bay's fabulous restaurants - The W or Blue Smoke at Low Wood Bay.
  • Guided hikes and walks through some of The Lake District’s best kept secrets.
  • Full fitness schedule with strength & conditioning, pilates & paddle boarding session on the beautiful Windermere, England's longest lake.
  • A fabulous three hour thermal journey in The Spa.

*the dinner allowance is £39.00pp per night

A firm believer that the right movement – from fast-paced to slow and gentle – can bring joy and strength, Sophie loves helping people find theirs. Her fitness techniques focus on being strong for life and she wholeheartedly embraces the art of balance – including that pre-dinner fizz by the lake shore.

 

Spa & Fitness Retreat Itinerary

Join Sophie Ingram from Re:vert Fitness for a fitness & spa break for all abilities. Three days of movement, mindfulness, hiking & relaxing in an inspiring environment.

Note: Each session will be tailored specifically to the group and timings/activities are subject to change based on weather and group size

Friday 14th June

3.00pm - Check In
Check in to your room and enjoy the hotel facilities before meeting your Re:treat host

5.30pm - Meet & greet
A chance to meet Sophie, find out a little more about the weekend and ask any questions

6.00pm - Evening movement and pre-dinner drink by the lakeshore
Join Sophie for a strength & conditioning session or an evening run/walk (to be confirmed on weather/ability), followed by a pre-dinner drink by the Lake.

7.30pm - Dinner
Relax and unwind in the Restaurant of your choice at the hotel. Either join other re:treat guests or have some downtime - we will support you with booking your evening meals accordingly.

 

Saturday 15th June 

7.00am - Morning movement & mindfulness by the Lakeshore
Morning Pilates & gentle stretching, followed by mindfulness, breathework and journalling by the shores of Lake Windemere

9.00am - Breakfast

10.30am - Guided hike
Depart for the hills for a day of fresh air and exploring with Sophie*
*Own transport may be required depending on location.

4.00pm - Spa Thermal Journey
Soothe the muscles and switch-off in the spa with a three-hour thermal journey. With an outdoor infinity pool, hot tubs and more.

7.30pm - Dinner

Sunday June 16th

7.00am - Sunrise paddleboarding session
Enjoy a morning of paddleboarding on Lake Windemere while the rest of the shores sleep. Calm waters, peaceful movement and a chance to start your day with sunshine.

9.00am - Breakfast

10.30am - Check out
Guests are welcome to leave their bags at the hotel until they return later.

11.00am - Guided walk & farewell Lunch (optional)
Join Sophie for the final walk to explore more of the beautiful surrounding area. The walk will be finishing at a pub for an optional drink or farewell lunch for the group*

*lunch not inclusive of the package price

3.00pm - Return to the hotel
